Join us this April for our very FIRST Classical Ballet Camp at the Central New York Academy Of Dance! Open to all local dancers, this "pre-intensive" one-day program explores ballet technique, pre-pointe exercises, stretching, ballet history and theory in a super fun camp setting!

Join us this April for our very FIRST Classical Ballet Camp at the Central New York Academy Of Dance! Open to all local dancers ages 7-10 (CNYAOD Levels 1 & 2), this "pre-intensive" one-day program explores ballet technique, pre-pointe exercises, stretching, ballet history and theory in a super fun camp setting! 9:30 - 10:30 Ballet Technique
10:30 - 11:00 Pre-Pointe
11:00 - 11:30 Ballet History & Theory
11:30 - 12:00 Group Games & Team Building!
12:00 - 12:30 Lunch
12:30 - 1:15 Stretch & Dance Conditioning
1:15 - 2:00 Classical Variations
2:00 - 2:30 Tutu Costume Design Craft
Dancers should be dropped off 10 - 15 minutes early to get all ready for the exciting day to begin at 9:30 am! Students must bring their own lunch/snacks and water bottle for the day, and we always encourage a notebook to write down new information and class corrections. Space is limited to just 13 participants for this event to ensure individualized attention throughout the program - RSVP today before we sell out!
